 I’ve always felt a strong connection to Maryland—even after relocating to Pennsylvania. My career began at Hylind Infoquest, where I learned the business from the ground up by working in nearly every department. That hands-on experience, paired with persistence, eventually led me to a managerial role in their Pennsylvania office. Even as I took on new responsibilities and new locations, Maryland was never far from my heart.

When the chance came to return and help HIQ expand its nationwide search services in Maryland, I jumped at it. Leading those efforts showed me the power of thoughtful, reliable service—and it sparked the idea of creating something of my own. In 2006, I founded Complete Corporate Solutions to bring that vision to life.

Today, I draw on a wide range of experiences—from training and team leadership to client service and operations—to provide businesses with the precision and personal attention they deserve. For me, it’s not just about delivering services—it’s about building lasting relationships. Many of my clients have been with me since the very beginning, and helping them feel confident every step of the way is what makes my work meaningful.

Daniel McNew
Vice President of Operations

Daniel began his journey with our firm in 2016 as the “official remote worker,” supporting operations from Virginia, Pennsylvania, and even Scotland while his wife pursued her studies abroad. His adaptability and commitment quickly made him an integral part of our team.

Now serving as Vice President of Operations, Daniel focuses on the client experience by ensuring that every engagement is handled with efficiency and care. He maintains strong relationships with the Maryland Secretary of State, SDAT, and County Clerks, allowing him to anticipate regulatory challenges and advocate effectively on behalf of our clients.

Beyond day-to-day operations, Daniel provides strategic vision for the company—developing processes that keep us scalable and aligned with the evolving needs of our clients. His leadership reflects our core promise: to deliver the expertise of a large company while maintaining the accessibility and personal attention of a small firm.

Wendy Flowers
CFO
